This is a quick tip on you can get to sleep using Cannabis. If your new to using Cannabis then knowing the basic difference between Indica and Sativa is helpful. In short, Indica gives you a body high and more or a tired feeling vs Sativa which is more of a head high and can sometimes be an energizing high.
So if you want to sleep Indica is the weed your looking for. If your really having trouble sleeping then you might want to go with high potency edibles over smoking.
If your new to edibles your going to want to look for something that’s got about 500 to 1,000 milligrams of thc and then divide it up into manageable pieces. 500 to 1,000 milligrams is a lot of thc and taking it all at once may ruin the entire experience and leave you way to high. If you went with a 500 milligram brownie or something I would eat 1/3 of the brownie and see how you feel in a hour. Chances are your going to fall asleep just fine after that. Eating less than a third will still get you really high.
When people get edibles they tend to eat the entire edible which leaves you way to high, or they don’t check how many milligrams of thc are in it and are left not feeling so high at all. I have found that edibles with at least 150 milligrams of thc get me high usually every time. Sometimes I have to take about 250 milligrams but 150 seems to be my magic number.
Another good thing to know about edibles is what they are made with. I have found that edibles made with straight Cannabis flowers hit way harder then edibles made with something like Canna Butter. So if you find a 500mg brownie made with cannabis flowers then your going to get really really high.
